Lofts on Innes / Barnhardt Jewelers

As the first project for Iron Horse, this detailed restoration was the winner of NC Main Street award for Best Adaptive Reuse project in NC for 2021.  Built in 1882, this former saloon was transformed into an elegant jewelry store on the bottom and two custom apartments upstairs. Extreme lengths were taken to preserve and reuse the original floors, tin ceilings and exposed brick.
